Vivian was awarded a travel grant to present her ground breaking research in the development of a pig stroke model at the 4th Annual Southern Translational Education and Research (STaR) conference (https://www.rxugace.com/STAR). This year’s focus is “Brain Injury: Pathways to Recovery.” Come see her talk entitled “Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Functional Analysis of a Novel Middle Cerebral Artery Ischemic Stroke Pig Model” at GRU on Sept 27th during the 11am-12pm session.
