Dr. West had to opportunity to attend the International Stroke Conference, this year held in Honolulu, Hawaii! The International Stroke Conference is the world’s premier meeting dedicated to the science and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Here is proof he attended the conference and wasn’t only there for a vacation. 🙂

Congratulations to Zack Jones on his outstanding presentation entitled “Magnetic Resonance Imaging T2 Weighted Sequences Demonstrate Acute Changes in Cerebral Hemisphere, Ventricle, and Lesion Volumes in a Pig Model Stroke.” Zack was the third place winner in the poster presentation category!
